Expeller

It crushes oil seeds and produces best quality cooking oil and cake. It is the central part of the whole extraction plant.

Oil Expeller chamber size 22'' x 4'' crushes about 150 kg oilseeds producing oil and oil cake. Oil falls down in the small rectangular tank which is kept below the expeller and oil cake comes out from another side. Generally, for oil seeds having oil content more than 25% are crushed twice in the expeller for maximum recovery. During the first crushing thickness of cake is kept about 8~10 mm. And during the second crushing thickness of cake is kept about 3~4 mm.

Cooking kettle

Cooking kettle is mounted on the expeller and it’s driven by expeller. It heats and cooks the oil seeds by outer steam from the boiler or by electricity. A little steam / water is also added to the oil seeds to increase moisture content to optimum level. which makes the crushing process easy and smooth

Cooking kettle has 3 functions,
1. It can hold 40 kg seeds and heated up by steam so that seeds get moisturized till the center of the seed due to steam pressure which is responsible for optimum oil extraction from the seeds.

2. You can increase or reduce flow of seeds going to the expeller so feeding control.

3. Seeds will fall on the magnet before entering the expeller which will save expeller from any iron parts to get damaged as iron part will stick to the magnet. This is an excellent facility with cooking kettle.

The round kettle and long kettle designs are available for the specific oilseed to get the proper results in oil output.

Boiler provides the process steam to the cooking kettle. Husks / wood / coal / any agriculture waste can be used as fuel in the boiler. Water feed pump is mounted separately driven by 1.5 HP motor. Boiler is not required in the crushing of cotton seeds, copra & mustard seeds.

If you wish to use only LPG gas, we can send special boiler with Gas burner to connect with your LPG cylinder. This way you can save 1 operator for fuel filling (agriculture waste). We will not charge anything extra but design of boiler will be such that it will not be suitable for Husks / wood / coal / any agriculture waste. Let us know if you want such boiler.

Solid particles are retained in the filter press & extremely pure oil is obtained from filter press. You have to clean filter press every 8 ~ 10 hours & cleaning takes only 20~30 minutes time. We supply different types of clothes to match seasoning effect . There are 3 types of filter clothes; Polyester, Cotton & Poly Propylene. Two sets are fitted on each plate for the best oil output. Combination is either Poly.. + PP OR Cotton + PP. PP is always outside so that dirt will be cleaned very easily from PP cloth. To fit clothes, open centre round nut with square hole, place the cloths and tight by nuts at centre.

- It removes free fatty acids (FFA) from the oil. Neutralizer is compulsory for cottonseed oil and castor oil treatment. Cottonseed oil has higher FFA which needs to be removed in Neutralizer.

Conveyor reduces manpower. In case of 2 expellers oil mill, seeds will be crushed in expeller no. 1 and by conveyor, thick cake about 10 mm thickness is fed automatically to the 2nd expeller and final cake from 2nd expeller is conveyed through second conveyors and packed into the Gunny bags.

Bucket elevators are the part of automatic oil mill setup which help in the material handling method during the operation of oil mill, specially where feeding at height of equipment. These bucket elevators are used to lift and elevate the seeds & cake for the feeding purpose. It reduces considerable manpower. Where space is limited, use of elevators are more versatile.

Groundnut Decorticator shells the groundnut into husks and kernels. Husks are thrown away by built in air blower and kernels are screened to separate split kernels from whole kernels. Husks are thrown away by built in air blower and kernels are separated out. After process there are 3 outlets where you get pure red kernel, 5% split kernel, and about 5% unshelled groundnuts.

Castorseed Decorticator shells the Castorseed into husks and kernels. Husks are thrown away by built in air blower and castorseeds are screened to separate whole kernels. Husks are thrown away by built in air blower and kernels are separated out.

Jatropha Decorticator shells the Jatrophaseed into husks and kernels. Husks are thrown away by built in air blower and black seeds are screened to separate. Husks are thrown away by built in air blower and black seeds are separated out.

Copra Cutter breaks the copra cups into small pieces suitable for crushing into expeller.

Palm Nut Cracker breaks the palm nuts & gives mixure of the palm kernels & husks. 2 HP high speed motor is fillted in the machine & rotter is fitted directly on motor shaft. We do provide switch to operate this machine. Kernel shell separator is not manufactured currently by us traditional separation techniques are to be used by customer.

Palm kernels need to be cracked before crushing in palm kernel cracker since they are very hard hence palm kernel crushing becomes more effective.

Sunflower Cracker breaks the sunflower seeds and gives the mixture of kernels & husks for crushing. 2 HP high speed motor is fillted in the machine & rotter is fitted directly on motor shaft. We do provide switch to operate this machine. If you crack sunflower prior to crushing, you can get 2% more oil output. So cost of the machine is recovered in less than 10 days.

Soyabean Cracker cracks the Soyabean seeds and gives the cracked seeds. 2 HP high speed motor is fillted in the machine & rotter is fitted directly on motor shaft. We do provide switch to operate this machine. Soyabean crushing is more effective if they are cracked before crushing.
