Este mezclador concreto está popularmente conocido como un mezclador de la bolsa porque consume una bolsa de cemento de 50 kg. por el lote para hacer la mezcla concreta de 7 cu.ft. es decir 0.2 cu.mt. Un lote de 7 cu.ft. se prepara en 3 minutos. Así aproximadamente 20 lotes por hora. Así que el rendimiento total por hora es aproximadamente 140 cu.ft. es decir 4 cu.mt. de mezcla concreta.

Mixer
Mixing Drum is of high grade cast iron with integrally cast bevel gear. Mild
steel cone is bolted on the drum and entire mixing drum is swivelled in to feeding and
discharge positions by means of big hand wheel.
Loader Bucket has liberal volumetric capacity to take sufficient concrete mix. It is
fitted with a double hinged cradle giving a very steep discharge angle to the loader
bucket. It is hoisted through steel wire ropes by means of a friction clutch and it
automatically discharges the material in to mixing drum. Hoisting and lowering of the
loader bucket is controlled by one and the same level.
6.5 H.P. Air Cooled Diesel Engine gives motive power to the concrete mixer and power transmission is
by rollerchains and sprockets. The engine is housed in to 16 G sheet metal cabin resting
on the chassis.
Chassis is fabricated from 125 x 60 mm. heavy channels to make it robust.
all shafts are provided heavy i.e. top shaft is of 50 mm., crown pinion shaft of 38 mm.
and cradle shaft is of 30 mm.
Four Pneumatic Wheels & Axles
provided under the chasis make the transportation of the entire
concrete mixer very easy. It can be towed by draw bar fitted on the chasis by means of
tractor or any vehicle. Two jacks are provided to lock the front axle while is in
operation.
All Controls are grouped on one side of the machine for easy operation.
